                          NUMBER ONE FAMILY FITNESS PROMOTER...& ILLNESS PREVENTER!                                                        Regular Aerobic Exercise! Long-term! Absolutely!

Like running or fast walking. Moving the arms back and forth.. Breathing deeply and exhaling fully. So that's aerobic exercise. In parks, grounds or open spaces.  Preferably, where you get fresh air.  And for, say, five days a week. I'll write about other factors that add on to benefits of exercise in my next blog.                                                                                *
